Johnny “Skinny” Johnson Sr.

July 13, 1949 – March 21, 2018

Funeral Services for Mr. Johnny Johnson Sr. (Skinny), 69, of Livingston, Texas will be held Saturday March 24, 2018 at 12 noon at the Livingston Church of God In Christ with Pastor Bishop Robert Johnson Sr. officiating. Internment will follow at Kibbiefield Cemetery. Johnny was born July 13, 1949 in Chester Texas to parents Donell Johnson Sr. and Hazel Lee Wyatt Johnson, and he passed away March 21, 2018 in Livingston Texas. Johnny was baptized at an early age under the late Rev. Pluette at St. Paul Baptist Church. Later in life he was a faithful member of the Livingston Church of God In Christ. He attended public schools at Dunbar, and he was employed with Southern Pacific Railroad where he retired after 20 years.
